Waterjet Cutting

Waterjet Cutting:  Starting at $175

Capacities up to 60×120″ and 6″ thick of any material.  This is the best option for small run production, thick materials (over ~ 1/4″)  or where a waterjet is the only tool for your processing needs.  We offer various cut qualities and our higher quality settings are typically accurate enough to hold tolerances as high as 0.005″ on thinner materials (~<1.5″ thick), and we can tap holes without drilling.   If you are not sure on the process you require please call us at 760-471-2600.

Laser Metal Cutting

Laser Metal Cutting on a Bystronic 5×10 laser: Starting at $1000.

This is the best option for cutting higher volumes of thinner parts (under about 3/8″) where a HAZ (heat affected zone) is not a problem.  The machine is so fast that it doesn’t make sense to use for jobs under about 6 sheets of material, but if you require 100’s or 1000’s of thinner parts you will get the best pricing.

CNC Press Brakes and Turret Punch

Bystronic 10 foot 100 ton CNC press brake: Starting at $1000.

This is the best option for forming larger parts with more complex geometry, or higher volume production runs.

Titan 25 ton 36″ CNC press brake: Starting at $175

This is the best option for smaller runs or smaller parts.

Amada Vipros 255 Turret Punch: Starting at $1000

This may be the best option for sheet metal with simple geometry consisting of holes, slots, and louvers on medium production runs.  The operational cost is lower than laser cutting.

CO2 and Fiber Laser cutting and engraving

150w Gantry CO2 laser: Starting at $100

It has an area of 51″x35″ (1300x900mm) and can cut and engrave wood (<0.5″), Acrylic (<1″), delrin, fabric, leather, paper, cardboard, foam, plastic, VHB tape, and other organic materials.
