Our projects below will show our expertise in general use, hot-rolled, cold-rolled, and high-strength Chrome Molly materials. All types of carbon steel are accurately and cost-effectively cut using abrasive waterjet machining because it is a cold process that uses no heat, which prevents edge hardening.

We have cut alloys such as 4130, 4340, A36, 1018, 1020, and many variants of these grades, including hardened tool steel such as A-2, 0-1, or D-2 that range in size from .003 shim stock up to 4 inch thick structural parts for heavy industry. All have edge finishes that are ready for use, eliminating secondary processes and saving time and money.

We can CNC cut your custom pipe flanges, large tractor parts, heavy machinery custom parts, gears, sprockets, and anything else! We cut 10,000 pounds of steel per month, and we normally have stock in the more common sizes like ¼”, ½”, ¾”, 1″, 1.25″, and 2″

Driveplate

Fast Repair Part

Description

Our customer brought us this repair item for large scale drilling equipment. This broken driveplate part had shut down the entire job site and the replacement part was 8 weeks out in delivery! We provided a service called reverse engineering by tracing the broken part and creating a CAD file for it. We were then able to cut a new part within hours for a very low cost.
